Who is DRS Communities?

DRS Communities is a full service real estate investment corporation that primarily specializes in the Investment, Development, and Management of Manufactured Home Communities.

DRS Communities offers a variety of products and services including sales of manufactured homes, rental properties, available financing for homes owned by DRS, and multiple investment opportunities. DRS provides in house property management services for each of our investments. Each property has on-site property management and maintenance personnel. Our properties show the time and hands on attention given to each of our communities.
